"What separates a great business from others is to have a working system in place. A set of simple processes gives you a solid system"

I’ve always been drawn to business. Watching great entrepreneurs build and achieve remarkable things sparked something in me early on, and by my final year in school, I had already started a small business of my own.

But the real journey began just as I was about to complete my degree. My brother, Banjo, who was then in his third year, reached out with an idea he wanted us to start a business together. I didn’t hesitate. That conversation became the foundation of what is now BFA Media.
With my technical background, I naturally stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the company’s operations. Like many growing businesses, we faced our fair share of challenges in the early days especially on the operational side. Things weren’t always structured, and that often made growth difficult.
It was through these challenges that I discovered a critical truth: businesses don’t scale on effort alone they scale on systems. We began to build clear processes, structure our operations, and create systems that could support consistent delivery. The transformation was significant. Our efficiency improved, our team became more aligned, and most importantly, our customers had a better experience.
Today, this is a principle I strongly stand by if you want your business to grow and thrive, you must build systems. It’s not just about working hard; it’s about working smart and creating a structure that sustains success. Systems are the backbone of operational excellence and a key driver of customer satisfaction.
